It's not in my top 5, but being a Nana fan automatically makes you a Mugen fan

Hmmm... Let's see... Profile here says I'm 24 years old -_-' Hoped I am still 23... Ah, whatever =) My name's Michael, but it's not important actually and I hate when someone's calling me by the name - it usually means trouble's going my way And I'm from Russia. I don't consider myself a Nana's fan though... Well, see for yourself =) I found Nana during quite a long road actually, but forum here allows 60000 characters per post, so let's use them! First time I heard the name when some guy created a thread with top 10 seyus from Japan and asked how many of them did we know. I ended up knowing the most (even though I'm not into anime that much...), but I didn't know the one on top - Mizuki Nana. So I looked up her roles and found out she had been voicing Fate who already had been one of my favorite characters by that time. Well, I thought "good for her" and forgot about all this. My next time meeting with Nana was in Shugo Chara. From the first look at Utau I said - damn, it's Fate! What a shameless ripoff! I immediately looked up and confirmed that they had been voiced by the same person. Meikyuu butterfly made enough impression on me to check who was singing, but I actually downloaded Nana's songs to listen closely after Heartful song (now it's long time forgotten =\). So Nana joined my playlist and I started following her, not knowing anything apart from her name though. That's pretty usual for me, since most of the people involved in show business are complete asses, showoffs or addicts and I don't want to spoil an impression of their works by knowing their personalities =) That could be an end of the story if not for one lucky coincidence. That time I though it was unlucky though =) When she released Impact Exciter I found the first download link (some hardcore fans raging when you talk about downloading music... Dono why, are they lawyers? Anyway I do own most Nana's CDs, Impact Exciter included - so no worries ) and was a bit surprised by its weight (about 6GB). But oh well who knows that crazy japanese, so I just started download and went to bed thinking about listening to it in the morning. How mad I was when it turned out that it was not an album, but a DVD attached to it with no music on it, ffs -_- So I found a correct link and since I had absolutely no ideas on how to kill time while it was downloading, I decided to watch the DVD... And hell, download ended in like 20 minutes, but I was still watching it ^_^ Everything about Nana was so nice it was hard to stop =) After this I downloaded all her lives I could find. And was just stunned. How can she sing so clearly for hours?! And not just sing, but almost every song is better than studio recording! Is it even possible? After seeing Nana's lives my interest in her rose tremendously. She actually changed my attitude to live concerts in general - I used to think that you may go to live for any reason but actually listening to music, since the sound is too loud and live singing rarely come close to a studio record. So the second I found out she's going to have a live in Tokyo Dome I knew I would be there. That was actually a strange feeling, since I'm very lazy and rarely leave my warm room let alone going somewhere other side of the world... But it was Nana in Dome -_- Did I really have a choice? The sound was still too loud though %) That said, I don't really consider myself her fan or smth... What is it to be a fan actually? Question for a separate thread I guess... Oh. almost forgot. My fav song is Heart-shaped Chant. How chant can be heart-shaped? Who am I asking ...

^ Welcome, haksaw! ;D
I feel the same about Nana's lives, she's one of those artists who improves on her original songs a ton in concert, especially with her huge band there to change up the arrangement. So incredibly lucky to have gotten to see LIVE CASTLE though!

Heart Shaped Chant? I've been wondering what a Love Brick is, and how much love can a Brick contain anyway?

Well, I've been wondering recently what synchrogazer does. Are they gazing at someone in a synchronized pattern? XD

Once I heard the name of this song phrase "love hits like a brick" popped up in my mind. Dono if such a proverb actually exists =) For me gazer somehow represents a geyser actually and synchrogazer is hundreds of geysers erupting simultaneously washing away everyone who stands in a way with boiling water. Not sure about how correct it is, but at least epic

haksawSo you consider yourself not a Nana fan? When you've have watched tons of her live performances, bought her stuff and went to her live concert? I wonder what makes me then ^^;;; But well it's nice to hear from a casual listener from time to time. So how was Live Castle? Did you watch both? I heard dome's sound is terrible.

So? Not like it's the only live concert I've been to =) I just don't feel like it... I don't sleep and dream about watching her DVDs like Sai Of course I attended both. How was it... There won't be many spoilers, but I still hide it Tbh it wasn't my favorite concert. First of all, there was no acoustic corner =\ And I like it sooo much. Second, she almost didn't talk and I like her talking too =) I can't actually say if sound was terrible or not since it was so damn loud it was hard to tell =)) Third, she didn't sing heart-shaped chat -_- Of course she sang it at Grace but still... As for good parts... It lasted for 4 hours! I mean... 4 hours! I even saw a guy fall on the stairs on the way out =) And tracklist for 2 concerts was pretty different. I'm too lazy to search for it now, but felt like half of the songs were different. Eternal Blaze was especially epic. You can see part of it in documentary and I don't know how will they tune down crowd sounds in DVD, but at the first concert I was stunned by the call and couldn't support the "hey" that goes right after it Next day I was ready ^^ And the heat was reaching 2nd floor! I wonder if Nana roasted a little at the stage Once the DVDs will be released we'll discuss the event closer. Tbh the most memorable was not the concert, but 6 hours queue for goods in the rain =) That was truly epic I remember one girl standing next to me... I doubt she even had 1.5 meter height and looked so weak For the last hour she couldn't even stand and squatted from time to time... She was soaked just like everyone else, but her fancy clothes made it look even more miserable. Yet she didn't leave! What a will =)

Tokyo Dome is way better than Seibu Dome, because wat i heard is that Tokyo's wont echo the sound...since the dome itself will vacuum the air

I'm looking forward to the BD, though I think I will have to go rob a gas station or something judging from the current state of things ww

And get arrested by nearby standing police... Right =) Such things works only in movies =\ But I did wanted to buy her share of goods aswell and judging by the honesty of japanese ppl it could even work out, but I don't know the language =\ And who knows, maybe staying in queue is some kind of a ritual? There are queues everywhere in Japan! Damn, even to an elevator!
Go rob King Records =) Torrents are against violence! :nin

Lol, from 'Sexy' to 'fan'... you have some very interesting definitions (or should I say interpretations ) of certain words!
