ok during the release week for SMASHING ANTHEMS, i see people retweeting seiyuu's tweets that are talking about SA even the people who work on the SA tweet abt it and today, my friend, he told me that this seiyuu brought SA, blog it and adv on her blog saying "plz buy it" XD
then also, during the radio for the SA album, msg from 2 people also try to promote her album
which got me and another friend very suspicious on these seiyuu (and maybe some artist) that are focusing on Nana. Nana didnt even adv their product, which is give but no takes, which is so unusual for a japan thing
(normally japanese will wan to give back even though they are friends) i do know Nana have tons of friends in her work life, not only seiyuu but also the staff who work at King Record or the staff who work in those shows that she need to voice. she even blog a list of friends lol like 100++
unless because Nana is the like the hope for seiyuu/artist, the opening doors for those who do seiyuu and singer i dont know about 2ch side, but what do you all think? are they supporting because she like the 1st seiyuu to get top as a singer or they just are fans or just supporting as friends

Would it be too out of left field to suggest that they were paid to advertise the album on social media?

hmmm....maybe....but still doubt it, i dont think they will go that far to ask other people to adv on people's social media, they can just pay google to adv SA, like how they did KING SUPER LIVE

Nana's role in being a seiyuu has been severely dwindling these past years. There's no doubt her main focus as of right now is being a professional singer, so I honestly doubt that she would be the figure of hope for seiyuus. There are a multitude of more active and influential voice actors right now that have been stagnant or rising in fame. Just as one example, Kana Hanazawa is everywhere. So it being paid advertising is a good possibility nonetheless, using the fact that these people are Nana's friends as a shield or pitch. Maybe.

Paying celebrities to mention products on social media is a growing advertisement market that a large part of celebrities are involved in, particularly those that have large followings but don't make enormous amounts of money(voice actors, niche market singers...). When you see a celebrity mention a product by name or talk about how great a product is in a tweet, it's almost always paid advertisement. It's an open secret and in many countries a legal grey area. It's very possible that KING Records is paying other Anison celebrities to tweet about the album. Some or all of them might be doing it for free to help her out, but this is DEFINITELY coordinated in some way as a marketing strategy.

I agree with Vivace and mirrorcle, if some are blatantly saying "please buy it", it's probably paid advertisement. But it's also possible that seiyuus that respect Nana or are closed friends are also mixed in with that field.
In any case, praising someone who is at the top of the same field you are in doesn't seem that strange to me. I'm sure they want all the connections/fans they can get. And it's also not strange since Japan is a culture particularly invested in proper respect. Though I do not know too much about the social hierarchy in Japan when it comes to celebrities.
