I did notice some changes over the last few months.
- The Live Circus concerts were pretty short with just 20 songs usually.
- The Bluray and DVD content is just a "Special Edition" of already aired stuff.
- The Supernal Liberty CDs will include lottery tickets for handshake events. AKB 48 anyone?
- The newest album was dubbed "original" with various explanations what that could mean. Now that tag is gone anywhere and its just another Nana album.
- No presentos at her Live Circus tour. The tradition of throwing gifts to the fans, which i think goes back to 2004 or 2005, is suddenly ditched.
Was there a change in management? Or am i just making stuff up?

I don't think there are something wrong ^^
- she sang 24 or 25 songs depending of the venue ! nothing different with the past ?
- We don't really know ? it's specified "Original documentary"
- It's not the first time since TIME SPACE EP each release has lottery things for events or somethings else and she already done an handshake event for the release of her book 'Shinai' ^^
- I think you paid too much attention to the word "original" imo original means news stuff and everything in this album is new even Vitalization and Ai no Hoshi are not the original mix.
- For this one I don't know ?
I hope my explanations changed your opinion ! I It's normal to have some changes here and there the more important is that Nana Mizuki is still true to herself and she is =D

Just gonna move this to Nana Discussion since it's more speculation than actual confirmed news. To answer your last question, there's no way to tell what's going on in Nana's inner staff and management team, as far as I know. A lot of these changes don't seem extreme enough that one should jump the gun to 'management change'. The length of her concerts and the throwing gifts is entirely up to Nana and the concert director, and like anything in Nana's concerts, will vary from one to the next. Handshake events have been done before, and when it comes down to it, Seiyuu and Idols are treated very similarly by the more intense portions of their fanbases (otaku and wota respectively), so it's not a surprise that they sometimes share marketing techniques. As tokyo88 said, I think the whole "original"/"all new tracks" thing was a bit muddled. The album does, TECHNICALLY, have all "new" tracks, because Vitalization -Aufwachen- and Ai no Hoshi Harp Version have truly never been heard before and certainly never been released on anything, even if they are remixes/rearrangements of old songs. A remix still has its own inherent value as a piece of music, so we can't really discount that. So, yeah I don't think any of this is cause for worry. If she pulls an Ayumi Hamasaki and stops releasing singles for 4 years, implements a British drag-aficionado into all her performances, flies to London and L.A. to record her music, and marries a model who starred in one of her PVs, then maybe I'll start to question, hahaha.

There were just some things that she either stopped doing, or started doing, and that often indicates a change inside. Perhaps some new head honcho, with new great ideas no one else ever came up with like selling CDs with a handshake ticket. We do know, these documentaries were aired last year already in japenese TV. I couldn't find the first one, but here is the second. But don't download it if you want to surpised. jpddl.com/music/309404--tv-music-nana-mizuki-natsuno-kakera-nana-mizuki-2013-natsu-no-dekigoto-part2-mpeg2-/-hdtv-/-freeleech!-.html There might be tickets to specific events in the past, but nothing was so special to warrant to buy several copies of something. But meeting her in person for buying multiple copies? This is new.

Hmm, I'd still say these are just natural progressions. I mean, it doesn't take a whole new executive mind in a company to look at how well AKB/Idol groups are doing with handshake events, then see how similarly intense wota and otaku are, and go "Aha!". And we could argue that Nana's been doing new things pretty much every year for a while now - there've been plenty of additions to the CHERRY BOYS over the past little while, she's started doing full Orchestra concerts, she collaborated with another singer for not one, but two "official" singles (i.e. not character songs or live performances or something) - and probably even more further back, as these are just things I've observed since 2009 or so. In other words, change just isn't new to her career, so why would things like handshake events and no longer throwing gifts to the fans trigger any red flags? Anyway, all to say, you could be completely right in suspecting a management shift, but that's something we can't really know. From where I'm standing, though, these seem a bit too minimal to be any indication of a major shift. Nana is an artist and her company is a record label - two of the most fickle positions, ever, really, haha. Artists are always finding new ways to express themselves, and record labels are always finding new ways to market their products and stay on top of the tumultuous music scene.

Yes yes I know this documentary aired on Fuji TV but I think we will see different footage not the same as the one made for TV =) It seems she has done something similar to handshake events for the release of Trickster I seen on Twitter Japanese fans saying something like "It's not very different of what she has done for the release of Trickster" ! though I don't remember what happend lol
I agree with Sai for everything ! Nana Mizuki is currently the best selling solo artist for Kings Record since some years now they will surely take some decision in order to milking her and they know she has a lot of Otaku fans so ... Iike I said before I don't particulary like these methods but I find her staff is pretty correct with us they they don't propose plenty version of the same things, when she releases an album they don't put all the songs released before...Things like that ^^
