Videos (No Limit) and digest look and sound much better than I expected. Avalon no Oukan is naturally going to be one of the highlights for me. Unfortunately, I barely have any time to watch this as it is, due to my classes, so I'll probably just pick this up at a later time.

Avalon no Oukan was actually really awesome. I expected it to be tackier. Bravo Nana! Reminded me of a very Japanese version of something Mylene Farmer would do. The rest of the concert....meh. Same old. Her dancing has gotten better. No less awkward, but better.

OH! Heaven Knows is better from one live to another! It's so amazing feeling to hear that old song with present strong Nana voice. I always have goosebumps from live performing of that song) And chorus with the audience...awesome, simply awesome. vk.com/video-50746834_171866967

I'm finally getting around to catching up on Nana concerts I've missed and watched LIVE ADVENTURE last night! It was entertaining as always, but I have to echo mirrorcle's sentiment of "Same old". You switch out the props, the rides, the backdrop, and the costumes, and there wasn't really anything fundamentally special or unique about this tour than any other. This is true to a degree for all tours by all artists, but this one felt especially by-the-numbers, unfortunately. Nana looked and sounded amazing though, but that's nothing new!
Some highlights: - Lazy Syndrome was perfect. Nana was clearly having so much fun and I love when that shows as much as it did here. I love this song so much. - So fun to see the return of PRIDE OF GLORY. Though it's more or less interchangeable with any other performance of that song, I'd still missed it. - Heaven knows was atmospheric and beautiful. - Nostalgia had a slightly spiffier arrangement thanks to the live instruments, which I was definitely digging. - Avalon no Oukan finally got the epic performance it deserved! This was definitely a highlight. - Exterminate really shines live. That song is a hype factory. - Dream Rider was so much fun live; the dance is so cute.
A lot of the concert did feel like "same old" though, unfortunately. I hate to say it but Nana even seemed to be on autopilot, for lack of a better term, during certain performances, and this was made more clear by how much fun she had in performances like Lazy Syndrome's, where she felt much more in-tune with the performance. It's not that she was lacking in any way, she still gave a stellar performance, but she definitely had a "I've done this a million times and it shows" air about her during certain songs. Which makes sense, but it's still unfortunate. Then again, part of it comes down to perception, and maybe someone who's never seen a Nana Mizuki concert before watching LIVE ADVENTURE would find it to be the height of entertainment.

Yeah! I'm excited to watch LIVE PARK, especially to see those moments in the rain. I'll be going to LIVE GALAXY next though, then work my way up to PARK.
