I'd probably stare with my jaw dropped... lol, I wouldn't even know how to react even if I saw it coming! Too surreal. I'd love a autograph of course

I don't think it's that surreal to meet her, she's not some god living on Olympus isn't she? =) I guess your best shot is to catch her somewhere at the restaurant or cafe ;D But... What next? Will you just rush to her? Well, I don't know, won't that bother her? I know it would bother me for sure so I won't do something like this. So it actually depends on the circumstances of the meeting and in most cases I would do nothing - she's a busy person after all and surely have enough annoyances without some random guys ;D If we somehow will have a chance to talk than I have a number of things to ask her... You should know japanese for that though =\ Plus you don't need to actually meet her to talk to her, she has an email and all, or you can ask her smth via Smile Gang P.S. What ppl actually do with autographs? Never understood that...

erm....so as a fan when u see her u will say "oh that nana?" (none of my business) or *open jaw w excitement* "wa! it's Nana!!"
n the qn is asking when u get to see her (of course likely not alot) wat will u do when u bang to her or see her so urs could be "staret at her" or "run/walk away"

Honestly? I'd stare. And stare. Then look away if she ever realized I was staring at her.

Well you see, I mostly respect her rather than love so I have no special feelings towards her. So in case of our meeting emotions won't take over leaving me with my rationality which tells me that I truly have no business with her =) I have nothing to offer her and actually nothing more to ask of her also As I said, actually I have some questions, but they are not for a random meeting... So basically my reaction will vary depending on situation, but won't be that emotional. I'm not that emotional person in general =) I surely can't imagine myself opening jaw in excitement ;D But first of all I will stare at her... Simply because with my eyesight I can barely recognize my mother from 10 meters away ;D And my mother is quite large, my brother or sister is way harder task So my chances of actually recognizing Nana accidentally are pretty slim =\

y wud someone need to be a god from olympus to be surreal seein in the streets... nana is a celebrity, u don't see htem everyday in public, they go out WAY lesse than any of us, and even if they do it's usually wih diguise or sunglasses or s/t... and msot people pay a LOT of money to even be in the sam room as her (concerts) so seein her in just public would be a big thing to most people even if not to u! so pleas don't act too superior ^^ no 1 wants to bother or annoy her n we all respect her, u dnt need to let us know that (: but thankies for ya answer~
evn if u don't want 1 yourself, i'm sure u can understand why autogrphas are important to other loving fans, nee? ^^ im sure u can, its not too hard ya know. don't hurt yourself thinking ^.~

Luckily there are very little straight answers in life and that's good - it would be boring otherwise I can bet everything I go out waaaay less than Nana ;D So your chances of meeting me in the streets maybe even lower... For example, I left my flat 3 times last month I'm sure you wanted to say "many people", because most ppl don't even know her ;D I think even in Japan. Really, are you comparing her to worldwide popular stars like Madonna or smth? She's a local Japanese singer and not even the most popular one and many ppl, maybe even most, don't care about music at all. And many ppl from those who do care don't care about popular music. And from those ppl who do care many ppl don't care about Nana ;D So those who left are not that many ;D I mean, do you know many local singers good enough to recognize them? So no, I don't think she's plastered with people the moment she opens the front door On the other hand you don't actually need thousands of ppl stalking you to feel uncomfortable, just couple crazy ones can be enough and pretty much anyone can get those =\ As for meeting her in the streets that maybe indeed rare sight, simply because in our age ppl rarely spend their time in the streets, especially if they have a car ;D But meeting her at some facility is more than real. I can understand collecting autographs of many people around the world - that can be really interesting. But having a piece of paper with smth scribed by the person you like - I don't understand how can this be satisfactory. Alongside with all that clothes of celebrities they sell at auctions. For example if someone will sell the T-shirt Nana wore at her live how will it be different from the brand new one you bought yourself? Oh I know, it's going to be cheaper being second hand! Hmmm no, it's not the case somehow ;D

^ erm I think she meant most as in out of her fans most of them have to pay a lot of money to see her live and to support her by buying her CDs and goods. These things don't come cheap haha Having the signature of someone you respect and admire just shows how important they are to you. I think it's a reasonable thing to wish for. I mean a lot of artists throw out signed things at concerts so even they know how much people like those things. I'm sure the artist is happy that someone cares enough about them to want that little piece of them

Well you see, I mostly respect her rather than love so I have no special feelings towards her. I think that pretty much sums up how I feel about Nana. As a vocalist, I really look up to her. And as tempting as it is to approach her and ask a million questions, I have to remember she's just a human being. So I'll stick to respecting her from afar. Although if I had, say, an offer to interview her, then I'd jump at the chance. In public though, let her be.

I would probably start crying if I ever was to meet Nana up-close. The reason for this is that Nana's music has been such a huge part of my life for about four years now, and listening to her has both given me a sense of identity and helped me out of the depression that I had been dealing with a few years ago. All in all, it would be a pretty emotional experience to be able to see her. I mean, I'd probably cry if I was ever to go to one of her concerts. Sometimes I cry watching her concerts on blu ray! Ahaha. I'm kind of a sap XD
